THE DAY I WAS
Scared Back To Life ...
On the morning of December 26th 2011, my life changed forever!
I was rushed to Brampton Civic Hospital where I was told I had a large brain tumour (the size of a grapefruit) that needed to be removed immediately or I basically had a couple of hours to live. This frightening, yet awakening moment sparked a deep desire in me to stop playing small in order to create the life I often dreamed of living.
So I embarked on a self-love pilgrimage and haven’t looked back since. My life today is more connected and joyFULL than it has ever been. I am healthy, and I run a mission-driven business which serves women across the globe that makes me feel profoundly grateful each and every day.
Taking into consideration, my childhood story and what I’ve survived prior to brain surgery, if I can pull that off, just imagine what YOU can do!.

Transforming My Life
My ‘wake up’ call inspired me to listen to my body and to connect more deeply with my inner voice and desired feelings.
I learned that a healthy diet (filled with herbs, raw juices and smoothies) rules; that drama sucks your life force; unforgiveness is a silent killer; exercise is great for your heart, your brain, your cells and body; joy is internal and eternal vs seeking ‘happiness’ which is temporary and external; and if you’re not having fun, you are not truly LIVING!
